Frequently asked questions
Is installation included in the monthly price?
Installation is quoted separately based on your site — number of cameras, cabling and whether solar power is needed. The site assessment and quote are always free.
Do I own the cameras?
Yes. Hardware is yours once purchased. The monthly plan covers cloud recording, AI detection, monitoring, the app and ongoing support.
What happens during a power cut?
Every installation can include battery backup, and solar kits are available for sites with unreliable grid power. Cameras keep recording and uploading throughout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change applies from your next billing cycle. There is no long-term lock-in.
How long is footage kept?
Seven days on Home, thirty days on Business, and fully configurable on Enterprise. Longer retention can be added to any plan.
Do you cover areas outside Buea and Limbe?
Yes. We deploy across Cameroon and take on projects in neighbouring countries. Contact us with your location and we will confirm coverage.
